Network

In the WebGUI, you can change the network configuration of the Cube. For an explanation of the network configuration, see: Network configuration

Set hostname

  1. Click the “Configuration” button in the menu (see Dashboard).

  2. Choose “Network” in the submenu (Click on General if not already selected).

  3. Change the hostname to the desired hostname.

  4. Click on “Set hostname”.

  5. Reboot the Cube from the Dashboard view.

Set IPv4 network mode

  1. Click on the “Configuration” button in the menu (see Dashboard).

  2. Choose “Network” in the submenu.

  3. Click on “IPv4”.

  4. Change network mode to desired mode.

  5. If the network mode static is used, enter an IP address and a subnet mask (see: Network configuration).

  6. Reboot the Cube from the Dashboard view.

This video shows some configuration possibilites of the scan pattern and how the resulting point cloud looks like.

Edit or generate scan pattern

  1. Click the “Configuration” button in the menu (see Dashboard).

  2. Select “Scan pattern” in the submenu.

  3. Click on “Edit”.

  4. Change the values accordingly. The web interface gives hints regarding the allowed value ranges.

  5. Click on “Save and Set”.

Save scan pattern

  1. Add a unique name for the scan pattern in the “Name” field. Note that an already existing pattern with the same name will be overwritten.

  2. Click on “Save”.

Load scan pattern

  1. Select a previously saved scan pattern from the dropdown menu.

  2. Click on the “Send to device” button.
